Dear Coaches and Managers,

Please make sure the following procedures are followed at the end of every game and/or practice. I encourage you to have your player help out!

1. Batters box filled and groomed
2. Pitchers area filled and groomed
3. Field groomed with pull behind drag mat
4. Pitchers mound and batters box covered with supplied tarps where applicable
5. All GARBAGE placed in trash bin
